Availability boundary

Development evidence is not deployment evidence.

These entries describe locally verified product development. Nothing in this public experience has been deployed to production. Production availability is a separate state that requires its own deployment record and live verification evidence.

What changed in the local product.

  1. Public experience

Original methodology joined the public preview

A typed resource library now presents practical guidance for catalog quality, Arabic commerce content, visual merchandising, and governed enrichment.

    • Four original articles share one reusable reading template.
    • Every product boundary remains labelled as available, preview, planned, or externally blocked.

  2. Public experience

Seven fashion-commerce use cases became explorable

The public preview can now explain audience, problem, workflow, outputs, controls, and honest availability for seven catalog and merchandising use cases.

    • One typed model powers the index and all seven detail views.
    • Arabic localization, visual discovery, clienteling, and marketplace boundaries remain explicit.

  3. Public experience

Product and workflow narratives gained full operating context

Product and Workflows pages now connect catalog intake, enrichment review, quality resolution, governed outbound work, discovery, styling, and insights.

    • Capability claims carry their four-status truth labels.
    • The workflow story separates AI confidence from channel readiness.

  4. Public experience

A customer-facing homepage replaced the root redirect

The local root now opens a premium product introduction inside an isolated public route group with shared navigation, metadata, and accessibility foundations.

    • Public information routes use a separate, data-free layout.
    • Authenticated destinations keep their existing session boundary.

  5. Catalog truth

    Source attribution became more precise

Source-synced products can be identified from their catalog lineage, while connected-source counts now reflect active connections instead of every stored source record.

    • Product source labels follow tenant-scoped source lineage.
    • Inactive source records no longer inflate the connected count.

  6. Enrichment governance

Enrichment was locked to local-only operation

The local product no longer exposes hosted enrichment paths. The deterministic mock remains the current workflow, and a local or open-weight provider is a separate future capability.

    • Reviewable suggestion contracts remain unchanged.
    • No hosted-provider configuration is expected for enrichment.

  7. Connector boundary

    Shopify read-only import gained a token-ready adapter

The adapter preserves fixture-contract behavior by default. A real read-only import requires a separately supplied local token and is not implied by the adapter alone.

    • The supported operation is read-only.
    • Fixture mode remains the default when no local token exists.
Externally blockedLocal token requiredSee the connector boundary
  8. PDP governance

Brand PDP profiles became editable controls

Tenant- and brand-scoped profiles can express field preferences, locale requirements, voice guardrails, channel needs, and review thresholds without auto-approving suggestions.

    • Required, optional, and hidden fields shape readiness and review.
    • Arabic and English requirements remain peer product concerns.

  9. Client experience

Core client workflows received responsive hardening

High-density client surfaces were tightened for smaller viewports while preserving readable states, actions, and product workflow context.

    • Primary workflow surfaces use more stable responsive layouts.
    • The polish keeps customer-facing pages consistent across workflow states.
