Accessibility

Commerce tools should work for more people.

Tessaire is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is an active design and testing target, not a claim that every screen has completed independent conformance certification.

In brief

Keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, reduced motion, responsive layouts, and Arabic right-to-left support are part of the product standard.

01

Our target

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design target for the public site and authenticated product. New interface work is expected to meet semantic, keyboard, focus, contrast, motion, and responsive-layout requirements before release.

Because the product continues to evolve, we describe this as a target and improvement commitment rather than a blanket certification.

02

Keyboard and structure

Pages use semantic landmarks, heading hierarchy, labeled controls, and visible focus treatment. Public pages include a skip link, and interactive controls are designed to be reachable and operable without a pointer.

03

Visual presentation

The interface aims for readable type, sufficient contrast, generous target sizes, and layouts that adapt from mobile to wide screens without hiding essential information.

Meaning should not depend on color alone. Content and controls are structured to remain understandable when text is enlarged or the viewport narrows.

04

Motion and animation

Motion is kept subtle and is not used as the only way to communicate state. The interface respects reduced-motion preferences so decorative transitions can be minimized.

05

Arabic and right-to-left use

Arabic commerce content and right-to-left presentation are first-class product concerns. Layout, direction, typography, labels, and preview behavior are reviewed together rather than treating translation as a final visual pass.

Accessibility feedback

If a Tessaire page or workflow creates an accessibility barrier, contact Support@tessaire.net. Tell us the page, task, assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the outcome you were trying to reach.

We will use that context to investigate the barrier and identify a reasonable path forward.
