Your catalog remains your business.

HyveLabs operates Tessaire for business customers. This notice explains what information the service handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to account holders and customer organizations.

01

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to Tessaire workspace users, people who contact Support@tessaire.net, and visitors to the Tessaire public site. Customer organizations remain responsible for the product and catalog information they choose to place in their workspace.

When Tessaire processes tenant catalog data on a customer’s behalf, that customer determines the business purpose for the data and Tessaire operates the service that stores, reviews, and prepares it.

02

Information we process

We limit collection to information needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

  • Account information: username, email address, role, password hashes, recovery-code hashes, and protected multi-factor authentication records.
  • Customer catalog information: product and variant records, descriptions, attributes, assets, source references, quality findings, review decisions, and prepared outputs.
  • Service records: session, audit, usage, error, and diagnostic events needed to protect the workspace and investigate support issues.
  • Correspondence: information a person chooses to include in a demo, support, data, or security request.
03

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide tenant workspaces, preserve product lineage, run quality and enrichment workflows, support customers, maintain security, and meet our contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer catalog data for third-party advertising.

04

AI-assisted enrichment

When AI enrichment is enabled for a workspace, relevant product data may be processed by an AI provider under contract to produce suggestions. Provider identity and run details remain part of the governed workflow.

Suggestions do not become approved catalog truth automatically. A customer team member reviews and decides what moves forward.

05

Cookies and tracking

Tessaire uses cookies needed for secure session authentication. The public site currently ships no third-party advertising trackers, behavioral advertising pixels, or cross-site profiling tools.

If that practice changes, this notice will be updated before the new tracking is treated as part of the service.

06

Hosting and service providers

The Tessaire production service is hosted on Google Cloud in the me-central1 region. We use service providers only where needed to host, secure, support, or deliver contracted product functions.

A provider receives only the information needed for its role and is subject to the applicable service and data-protection terms.

07

Retention and deletion

Customer account and catalog information is retained for the duration of the customer agreement so the workspace can operate and its decisions remain auditable.

A customer may request deletion through Support@tessaire.net. We will coordinate the request with the authorized workspace owner and retain only what is required for security, legal, or contractual obligations.

08

Questions and data requests

Contact Support@tessaire.net to ask what information Tessaire holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We will verify the requester and the relevant customer authority before changing workspace records.

This notice describes our current practices. It does not claim certification or compliance under a law that has not been expressly agreed with a customer.
