Terms

A clear operating agreement for business teams.

These terms govern business use of Tessaire, a service operated by HyveLabs. A customer order form or other signed agreement may add commercial terms; if it conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

In brief

Tessaire is for authorized business users. Customers retain ownership of their catalog data; HyveLabs retains ownership of the platform.

01

The service

Tessaire provides catalog intake, product-data governance, enrichment review, quality and readiness workflows, discovery preparation, and controlled exports for fashion commerce teams.

The exact features, limits, service period, and fees for a customer are set out in the applicable order form or written agreement.

02

Authorized workspace access

Workspace access is limited to authorized business users. Customers are responsible for assigning roles, keeping access current, and promptly reporting suspected account misuse.

Users must protect their credentials, complete the required multi-factor authentication steps, and use the service only for the customer organization that authorized them.

03

Customer data and platform ownership

The customer retains ownership of the catalog data, assets, instructions, and other material it submits to Tessaire. The customer grants us the limited right to process that material to provide, secure, and support the service.

HyveLabs retains ownership of Tessaire, including its software, interface, documentation, workflows, and underlying methods. No platform ownership transfers to the customer.

04

Acceptable use

Customers and users must use Tessaire lawfully and must not attempt to bypass access controls, test another tenant’s boundaries, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape protected areas, or use the platform to infringe another party’s rights.

A customer must have the rights needed to upload and process its catalog data and assets. We may suspend access that creates a material security, legal, or service-integrity risk while we investigate.

05

AI suggestions and customer decisions

AI-assisted output is provided as a reviewable suggestion, not an automatically approved product claim. The customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving data before publishing, exporting, or using it in a sales channel.

Tessaire distinguishes preparation and approval from external publication. A prepared output does not prove that a marketplace, storefront, or other destination accepted it.

06

Availability and support

We operate and maintain Tessaire with reasonable care and may make changes needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.

Maintenance, third-party infrastructure, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. Any service-level commitment must be stated in a signed customer agreement; this page does not create an uptime percentage.

07

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees the customer paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

08

Termination and data handling

Either party may end the service as provided in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach if it is not remedied within any required notice period, or sooner where continued access creates a serious legal or security risk.

After termination, customer access ends and catalog data is handled under the customer agreement and our privacy practices. Customers should arrange any required export before access closes.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates, unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will give customers reasonable notice of a material change through the service, by email, or through the customer’s agreed business contact before the change takes effect.
